TERMS & CONDITIONS PT. 1

1. For personal use only; do not redistribute as your own and profit off the commissioned pieces.

a. For commercial use, please let me know beforehand. Extra charges will be added to the original amount.

2. Do not order products with my artwork outside of my domain.

3. No refunds or cash backs allowed without my permission, this will result in being blacklisted.

4. Do not use my art in AI.

5. Coupons from raffles can only be used once and in no conjunction with others for the same commission order.

TERMS & CONDITIONS PT. 2

1. Please submit references on request.

a. References of character(s), pose, colour, lighting, background, etc.

2. Prices may vary based on the complexity; complicated requests may require more time to complete.

a. I will make a proposal sketch with composition before receiving payments.

b. Extra charges for drastic changes; after confirming the proposal sketch is OK.

c. The proposal sketch discussion will require consistent communication with the client.

d. The proposal sketch can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks+ depending on the complexity.

e. Finalisation phase after receiving confirmation from the client will only start once payments are made.

f. The finalisation phase can take anywhere from 3 days to 1-2 months or more depending on the complexity.

g. Please check the sketch thoroughly during the sketch process.

h. Extra surcharges will be added if there are drastic changes to the finalisation.

i. Minor adjustments are OK.

j. If the client will not cooperate, I will blacklist them and cancel the commission order.

k. If the client does not respond within 5 working days, their commission order will be cancelled.

TERMS & CONDITIONS PT. 3

1. I, the artist, have the right to turn down any requests in which I am uncomfortable to accept.

a. If I cannot meet the client's specified deadline.

b. The client fails to make payments within 24 hours.

c. Commission orders over $100 paid 50% upfront require the remaining debt to be paid in full before the piece is completed.

d. Work on the commission will only start after receiving payments.

2. I accept payments via PayPal or debit/credit only.

a. Currency exchanges are subject to change.

b. USD ($) will be automatically used for ALL clients.

c. Flat rates are based on the complexity of the commission order.

3. The client must pay 100% upfront when the total order is below $100. If the total order is over $100, the client may choose to pay 50% upfront first and the remaining debt before the piece is finished.

a. No refunds or cashbacks allowed without the artist's prior knowledge nor permission - this is non-negotiable.

b. I will fully refund the client if I am unable to complete the commissions due to unforeseeable circumstances.

c. Failure to make payments after being shown the proposal sketch may result in getting blacklisted.

d. Wrongful misconducts of breaking the Terms & Conditions by: i. refunds or cashbacks without the artist's prior knowledge nor permission, ii. selling/redistributing the commissioned piece for profit; will result in getting blacklisted indefinitely.

TERMS & CONDITIONS PT. 4

1. Be sure to include your name, socials and/or reference for the commission at the bottom for every email you send for convenience and swiftness.

2. Finished artwork will be published on my SNS and Carrd website as portfolio showcase.

a. Inform me if you don't want your artwork to be uploaded.

b. All commissioned pieces will be signed and dated.

3. The client will be updated periodically via their chosen use of SNS.

a. Progress screenshots will be sent.

b. Questions will be asked in regards to the proposal sketch phase. Please answer these to the best of your ability.

c. Periodic updates will be sent to PayPal messages.

d. The progress will also be updated on my WAITLIST.
